Did You Know....

The NEMO Humane Society (which is not named after a Disney Clown Fish) is primarily funded by memberships, donations, fundraisers, endowments and monetary gifts through memorials.  We are not affiliated with any other Humane Societies and

we do not receive state or federal funding.

THE ANIMALS AT OUR SHELTER RELY SOLELY ON THE GENEROSITY OF OUR FRIENDS AND

SUPPORTERS LIKE YOU.

We were founded as a Non-Profit 501 (c) (3).  The NEMO Humane Society cares for the lost, stray, injured, neglected and unwanted animals of five counties which include Marion, Ralls, Monroe, Shelby and Lewis.
